2022 HVAC Upgrade Project

The project scope includes: upgrades to U.S. Bank Stadiums building management HVAC system network engines and server. Procurement of: Quantity Description (12) SNE22000 model engines or equivalent for HVAC system (1) Dell Poweredge R440 Server, Intel Xeon Gold 5222 Processor or equivalent for HVAC system Labor services to include: installation, project management, commissioning of the system and removal and disposal of existing equipment. All proposers, applicants, prime contractors, and prospective subcontractors will be subject to a pre-award compliance review to ensure the employment of minorities, women, and disabled persons.
