Description

Qualified firms to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision for the demolition, disposal and replacement of AHU #2, AHU #3 and AHU #4 located on the second floor of the South East Toyota main office building. Install three new Carrier or Trane units to replace current three units of like design and size, (matching BTU’s and CFM’s). All three new units used as replacements must be of same manufacturer. The HVAC Control system must be replaced to ensure its proper operation with the three new units and one existing unit (unit #1). Contractor is to replace any and all piping necessary in order to install new valves and actuators and HVAC.
