Description

All engineering, equipment, labor and permits required to satisfactorily complete the replacement of an existing air handler and condensing unit within the annex of a housing unit in MCF-St.Cloud. Additionally, this project includes expanding the existing mechanical room to accommodate a larger AHU and remote return fan, installation of VFDs and field installed controls to be tied into the existing BAS, miscellaneous patching of existing walls and ceilings, installation of roof curbs, and electrical upgrades.
