Description

The work consists of renovations to the building chilled water plant. The existing water-cooled chiller and pumping system in the basement will be demolished. A new, air-cooled chiller will be installed at the west end of the building on grade. New chilled water pumps, hydronic accessories, variable frequency drives, and a glycol-to-water heat exchanger will be installed in the basement mechanical room
