Francis Marion Intermediate School

Contract for removal of east wing of building, renovations of interior spaces, additions of classrooms and administrative areas, as well as, site and parking reconfigurations. The one story school houses 3rd and 4th graders. The building consists of mostly brick and precast with a few additions over the years. There is an existing track to the south that will be maintained. Parking and bus access are tight and will be reworked in the new design.
