RFP - Citywide Bridge Slope Protection

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) - CITYWIDE BRIDGE SLOPE PROTECTION Provide professional design services to the City. The Consultant shall provide preliminary and final engineering services leading to the completion of plans, specifications, and estimates to construct the planned improvements. The City of Stockton encourages local Stockton firms to propose on this project and the City encourages proposers to use local Stockton firms as subconsultants. Accordingly, the Local Business Preference Ordinance applies to this project. This project is subject to the requirements of the City's Local Employment Ordinance. Each proposal shall be submitted as one packet and shall be accompanied by the Non-Collusion Declaration and all of the required documents and information. The pricing shall be submitted under separate, sealed envelope. Each proposer shall be licensed in accordance with applicable State laws. Proposers are hereby notified that the successful proposer and any subconsultant under them shall pay prevailing wage rates in accordance with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations. A contract will be awarded to proposer who best meets the needs of the City; provided, however, that the City Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to re-advertise for proposals or to provide for the work to be done by the City of Stockton.
