Description

As part of the development review process, the City requires supplemental expertise related to architectural design and urban design. Additional services may also include updating general design guidelines and other related duties as needed. Expert architectural and urban design review is needed in order to ensure that projects are consistent with the adopted Community Character and Design Guidelines (CCDG), architecturally sensitive to neighboring development and appropriate for their geographic context. Note that this scope of services does not include landscape review services.
