This project consists of furnishing all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to furnish and install superpave asphaltic concrete, base course, embankment, signage, and related work to construct a ramp on the Mississippi River Levee (Base Bid), a multi-purpose trail and associated sitework and drainage (Add Alternate No. 1 Bid), and a second ramp on the Mississippi River Levee at a different site (Add Alternate No. 2 Bid). Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond acceptable to the Owner in the amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount bid and payable without condition to the Owner as a guarantee that the bidder, if awarded the contract, will promptly execute a contract in accordance with all terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. On other sets of documents furnished to bidders the deposit less actual cost of reproduction will be refunded upon return of the documents no later than ten (10) days after receipt of bids
