Roof Rehabilitations - Several Sites

The City of Anderson (Owner) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractor for the rehabilitation of several roof within the Utilities Department. Facility: Location: Water Administration Building 314 Tribble Street, Anderson, SC 29625 Rocky River WWTP Operations Building 309 Kirkwood Drive, Anderson, SC 29624 Generostee Process Building 70 800 Hillhouse Road, Anderson, SC 29626 Deadline for questions is 5:00 PM, Thursday, April 27, 2023. Questions shall be sent in writing by email to Daniel Atwell at daniel@wmbeconsultants.com and Rhonda White at rwhite@dp3architects.com. Scope of work includes demolition and removal of existing low slope roof systems down to the roof deck for replacement with new low slope roof system at the following site locations as noted on the drawing sheets. . City of Anderson Water Administration Building . Generostee Creek Plant Building 70 . Scope of work includes preparation of roof panels, roof insulation installation, and roof membrane installation throughout the roof areas at the following site location as noted on the drawing sheets. . Rocky River Plant Operations Building . At Rocky River Plant Operations Building Scope of work includes repairs to the built-in gutter system on both sides of the structural metal roof system as noted on the drawings sheets. . At all site locations removal of all existing sheet metal and all associated components indicated to be replaced with new. . At all site locations removal of all abandoned equipment is required with roof deck properly repaired.
