The Project Consists of Final Design and Construction of 5,750linear Feet of 4" Force Main, 1lift Station, 1 Air Release Valve,and Miscellaneous Appurtenances. Bid Security furnished in Bond Form (Bidguarantee and Contract And performance Bond as Providedin Section 153.57.1 of the Ohiorevised Code), Must Be Issuedby a Surety Company or Corporation Licensed in the Stateof Ohio to Provide Said Surety.those Bidders That Elect to Submit Bid Guaranty in the Form of Acertified Check, Cashier's Check,or Letter of Credit Pursuant Tochapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code and in Accordancewith Section 153.54 (C) of Theohio Revised Code. Any Suchletter of Credit Shall Be Revocable Only at the Option of the Beneficiary Owner.
