| Description | This project is considered turnkey and includes all services related to engineering, design, procurement, financing, and installation of the PV system at the NJIT Wellness and Events Center. NJIT requires a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) to be presented as part of this proposal. Proposals that do not include PPA terms will not be considered. The Firm must demonstrate the ability to perform the work stated under the Scope of Services, as well as a previous successful track record in this type of design and installation of PV system on rooftops utilizing the appropriate wind, snow and ice loading factors for the area in which the installation will take place. | ||||
