This project is located on IL Route 17 beginning at the east abutment of SN 046-0027 (+/-1200 feet east of Livingston/Kankakee County Line and ending at S. 2000 W. Rd (Herscher Rd). This work consists of milling and resurfacing a 2 foot wide path along the centerline of roadway and micro-surfacing 4' wide path along the centerline, pavement striping and raised reflective pavement markers.
