| Description | The purpose of this solicitation is to acquire services complying with the enclosed description and/or specifications and conditions. SCDOT is requesting bids to provide maintenance of Manufactured Treatment Device Best Management Practices (MTDs) throughout the state of South Carolina. These MTDs are designed for storm water quality purposes. The overall scope of this request for proposal includes all current SCDOT owned MTDs and any newly constructed/installed MTDs during the term of the contract. SCDOT may choose multiple contractors depending on the number of successful bidders. If multiple Contractors are awarded, then the work may be divided by structure, geographically by county, or by SCDOT district at the discretion of SCDOT. Start date: 03/30/2023 End date: 03/29/2026. Dates provided are estimates only. Any resulting contract will begin on the date specified in the notice of award. See clause entitled "Term of Contract - Effective Date/Initial Contract Period.
