| Description | Furnish and install roof materials, insulation, flashings, and miscellaneous materials on the roof areas designated by drawing at Benjamin Franklin Community Center. Installation of Ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) membrane roofing system on wood and tectum deck, including but not limited to: a. Removal and legal disposal of existing EPDM roofing membrane, insulation, drains, accessories and flashings down to deck. b. Polyisocyanurate insulation, continuous R Value of 25, mechanically fastened to decking. c. 1/4" per foot slope minimum tapered polyisocyanurate insulation, mechanically fastened to decking. d. 1/2" cover board mechanically fastened to decking. e. EPDM membrane fully adhered to cover board. f. Install specified drains, flashing, metal edging and coping systems. g. New drains and scuppers. | ||
