Description

Scope of Work of the Contract includes a new roadway extension of Katy-Fort Bend Road from the Katy Boardwalk District to Kingsland Boulevard. The distance of the new four-lane concrete roadway is approximately 755 linear feet. In addition to the roadway improvements, the project includes a crossing of an existing drainage ditch with dual 10' x 9' RCB culverts, the installation of a new traffic signal at the Kingsland intersection, and construction of drainage items, sidewalks, street lighting, landscaping and irrigation, a water line extension, and a wastewater line extension to serve future development in the area.
