Description

The General Land Office (GLO), as part of its disaster planning efforts, invites Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from highly skilled Contractor(s) to: (1) remove and dispose of beach debris, which may include demolition services for damaged structures, from the public beach or other adjacent areas along the Texas coast following a declared disaster; (2) remove and dispose of marine debris, which may include demolition services for damaged structures, located on Coastal Public Lands within the Gulf of Mexico out to onequarter (1/4) mile, following a declared disaster; and/or (3) remove, store, demolish, and dispose of derelict Vessels in or on Coastal Waters, on public or private lands, or at a public or private port or dock following a declared disaster. In the event of a declared disaster, work order(s) shall be awarded to Contractors qualified under this Solicitation in accordance with all applicable procurement and contracting laws and GLO policy.
