| Description | The general scope of this project is to gain access to the pump station building via a temporary access road off of McMurray Rd NE and completely demolish the pump station building down to the slab on grade including the pump, motor, equipment, and piping down to flush with the slab. The building is completely constructed of concrete including the roof. Dispose of all concrete, pump, motor, piping, and debris to a disposal or recycler that accepts regulated material. Finally, remove the temporary access road in preparation for site restoration and planting. Site restoration work to be done by the City of Tacoma. |
