Hurricane IDA Roofing Repairs and Project Work for Young Audiences Charter Association

To provide on-call roofing repair, interior repairs, and project work on our Burmaster middle and high school campus and field house. Roofing systems include, but are not limited to, TPO, shingled, and metal roofs. 1. Replace warehouse roof (48,277 s.f.); replacement of the school roof including skylights (85,273 s.f.); replacement of the school roof (23,815 s.f.); replacement of the field house roof (4,933 s.f.); replacement of the metal roofs at the right-side loading dock and at the rear of the warehouse roof (2,417 s.f.) 2. Replace main campus interior drywall, insulation, and baseboards; vinyl and carpet flooring; epoxy coating on concrete floors; sprung wood dance studio floor; acoustic ceiling tiles; and sound batt insulation. Replacement of drywall and insulation in warehouse and field house buildings. 3. Repair or replace HVAC unit for Main Campus and wiring where warranted; rewire Field House building and replace fixtures. 4. In Black Box Theatre Remove affected materials and replace spray foam walls with insulation and sheetrock and paint. 5. Provide photographic documentation (before and after pictures) as requested. 6. Repair damage to concrete exteriors of all buildings and replace metal overhead garage doors. 7. Conduct additional repairs as warranted
