Each envelope MUST be legibly marked on the outside with the following information in the lower left corner: The word BID, the project name, the Bid Package Number. This information must be easily read along with the Suppliers name and return address. Bidders for Bid Package should be prepared to submit Subcontractors Qualification Statement to Construction Manager. Utilize AIA for A305-Subcontractors Qualification Statement. Bidders will be required to provide Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount over $50,000.00. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Your bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. Delaware County reserves the right to waive any informality and accept or reject any or all bids. Bids must be submitted with ALL applicable Affidavits identified in the bid documents. Bids submitted without these Affidavits will be rejected.
