Day Treatment Center

The construction of a new building addition and a partial renovation of an existing building. The new construction consists of classrooms, resource rooms, kitchen, cafeteria, office administration area, student and staff toilets. The renovation is limited to partial renovation of an existing building containing classrooms that will become the new media center. The new construction and renovation will include new plumbing, geothermal HVAC system, new electrical and lighting, and fire protection. The site will be improved with grading and drainage, demolition and removal of existing structures, asphalt paving, and utility upgrades.
