Grandview Road Resurfacing Phase 3

The project includes Craig Beach Village will reconstruct approximately 1,850 LF of roadway on Grandview Road between Lakewood Avenue and Strock Street as the next phase of their overall project to improve Grandview Road. The bids of corporations not chartered in Ohio must be accompanied by proper certifications that such corporation is authorized to do business in Ohio. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The project is to be funded by a Community Development Block Grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
