Public Works Toilet & Locker Rooms Renovations

Peters Township is seeking bids for the renovation of the main building at the Public Works Complex (750 Bebout Road, Venetia, PA 15367). Bid specifications are available via e-mail by contacting Ryan Jeroski, Assistant Township Manager, at RJeroski@peterstownship.com. Only the receipt of the Bidding Documents from the Township will place the purchaser on the official plan holder list, which is necessary for a bid to be considered valid. Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) is required. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages will be paid on this project. Peters Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Any contractor wishing to bid this project MUST get the plans directly from the Township.
