Lancaster County Public Schools - Middle School Renovations and Addition - Testing and Special Inspection Services

Perform required material testing, both field and laboratory, and site inspection services to ensure compliance with the project documents and building code as relating to the agreement between Lancaster County School Board (Owner or Board) and General Contractor for the Lancaster County Public Schools - Middle School Renovations and Addition (the Project). All work shall run concurrent with the construction schedule. Approximate schedule (of actual construction work) is eighteen (18) months, and all proposals should be based on an eighteen (18) month construction schedule. Testing Firm shall coordinate scheduling fieldwork and inspection with the General Contractor. The Project consists of all work associated with site preparation and construction of renovations and additions to Lancaster Middle School, and associated roads, parking, hardscape, landscape, and play areas, required to convert Lancaster Middle School into an elementary school. The 2 Project site currently houses the Lancaster Middle School and a building formerly occupied by the Lancaster Community Library that has recently been converted to a preschool center
