RFQ Design - Renovations / Upgrades - Center Building

The Town of Woodbridge, Center Building - Building Committee ("Building Committee"), seeks the assistance of a qualified professional Architectural / Engineering firm ("the successful professional") to provide design services for the renovation of an existing 50,000 SF former School which is located at 4 Meetinghouse Lane, Woodbridge, CT to meet the space needs (current and future) of the Woodbridge Police Department, Human Services and ancillary spaces within this Building. Firms responding must have demonstrated relevant experience similar to this project. A new Building Committee was created by the Woodbridge Board of Selectmen in May 2022 and this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") is issued in accordance with the Board of Selectmen's May 26, 2022 Charge to the Building Committee. *As per the Owner the project has been cancelled.
