Working plans call for the addition of a elderly care / assisted living facility; for the construction of a elderly care / assisted living facility; and for the demolition of a elderly care / assisted living facility. Work calls for an addition of eight, new independent living villas, a three-story apartment building with 38 assisted living units, 22 memory care units and another three-story apartment building with 48 independent living luxury units. Additional work will include an expansion to the existing wellness center, a partial demolition of the nursing care facility with upgrades to one remaining wing and a new grounds building. An architect and general contractor have been selected. A firm timeline has not been confirmed.
