| Description | Questions must be submitted within seven (7) days of the bid opening BEFORE DECEMBER 27, 2021. 1. Removal of existing single-ply roof system. 2. Furnishing and installing a new membrane underlayment, flat and tapered polyisocyanurate insulation, cover board and a new two-ply modified bitumen membrane roofing system and all associated miscellaneous work specified herein. 3. Replace gravel stop-fascia, counterflashing, membrane flashing, roof hatches, metal roof soffits and other miscellaneous metal components. 4. Install new drain extensions, drain strainers and overflow drains. 5. Install new through-wall flashing B. Project Location: 1550 Sullivan St Greensboro, NC 27405 Alternate No.1: Install roofing system utilizing foam adhesive and torch application in lieu of hot asphalt.
