Therefore, the project shall be designed and constructed in compliance with all applicable Federal rules and regulations, including the Bacon-Davis Act, Equal Employment Opportunity, Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, Clean Air Act, Federal Water Pollution Control Act, Byrd Anti-Lobbying Amendment, and Debarment and Suspension.
