NCDOT - Improvements at the Intersection of NC 11 and SR 1169 (Woodrow School Rd.) in Hertford County Steel price adjustments will be made to the payments due the Contractor for items as defined herein that are permanently incorporated into the work, when the price of raw steel mill products utilized on the contract have fluctuated. The Department will adjust monthly progress payments up or down as appropriate for cost changes in steel according to this provision
