A St and I St Reconstruction Project

The Contract provides for the reconstruction of the following streets: A Street from E 1st Street to E 2nd Street and I Street from E 9th Street to the entrance of Sam Benn Memorial Park. The work shall include, but is not specifically limited to, removal of existing concrete roadway, install new road subgrade and new asphalt pavement, adjustment of utility lids, stormwater drainage, pavement marking, traffic control and other items of work. SCOPE OF WORK The Contract provides for the reconstruction of the following streets: A Street from E 1 st Street to E 2 nd Street and I Street from E 9 th Street to the entrance of Sam Benn Memorial Park. The work shall include, but is not specifically limited to, removal of existing concrete roadway, install new road subgrade and new asphalt pavement, adjustment of utility lids, stormwater drainage, pavement marking, traffic control and other items of work. The work shall be substantially complete within 45 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. 2. SPECIFICATIONS Specifications used on this project are: 2023 Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction prepared by the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) and the APWA (American Public Works Association) Supplement to Division One contained therein.

Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
