Training Center Transit Authority of Central Kentucky (T.A.C.K.)

Transit Authority of Central Kentucky is soliciting sealed bids for a new training center at the (TACK) Facility located at 1209 N. Dixie Highway, Elizabethtown, KY 42701. ,This invitation for bid is subject to a contract between TACK and the Federal Transit Administration, U.S. Department of Transportation. No final decision will be made at this meeting. No person or entity submitting a proposal in response to this RFP, nor any officer, employee, agent, representative, relative or consultant representing such a person (or entity) may contact through any means or engage in any discussion concerning the award of this contract with any member of the TACK Board of Directors or any employee of TACK during the period beginning on the date of proposal issue and ending on the date of selection of the Contractor. Any such contact may be grounds for disqualification of the Proposer. Contact with TACK Procurement Department staff during such time period must be limited to site visits and written technical questions scheduled through the architect. It is the policy of TACK to ensure that Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), as identified in 49 CFR Part 26, have an equal opportunity to receive and participate in Department of Transportation (DOT)-assisted contracts.
