Description

Resurface, repave and sealcoat and stripe the existing parking lot, approximately 70,000 square feet, located at 1885 Lake Avenue, Elyria, OH, 44035. The bids should include grinding any necessary areas for smooth transition, sweep and clean to remove loose debris, apply a tack coat of SS#1 for proper adhesion, pre-level with 448-1l surface course asphalt, install two inches of 448-1 surface course asphalt, roll and compact designated area and re-stripe new pavement in white.
