Lassing Pointe Golf Course Bunker Renovation Phase 2

As of January 11, 2023, project was awarded to Green Tee Golf but awarded amount is not available. The Boone County Fiscal Court is requesting proposals from firms/contractors for the Lassing Pointe Golf Course Renovation Phase 2 project located at the Lassing Pointe Golf Course, 2266 Double Eagle Drive, Union, KY, 41091. This project includes bunker additions, bunker renovations and selected tee box renovations. Additional details for this project can be found in the Specifications and Attachments sections. This Golf Course Project will consist of stripping sod and deposing of debris related to existing bunker sites or other designated areas, reshaping the areas (some by the use of fill material found on site) into subtle shaped features, constructing twelve (12) bunkers, sodding the designated areas, installation of related drain pipe, drop inlets and connection boxes (tying new drainage pipe to existing drain pipe), and all other items indicated on the Project Design Drawings and in the attached Specifications. In addition, the project consists of reconstruction of four (4) par 3 tee complexes. Anticipated/Desired Project Commencement is September 1, 2023 with completion by January 1, 2024. Final Schedule will be subject to approval at execution of contract. If a proposal is selected, and the County and Offeror choose to move forward with a contract, the offeror will be responsible for providing a Performance Bond of 100% of the awarded proposal amount. Contract will include buyout provision for County to cover catastrophic events.
