Description Scope of this project is to improve accessibility deficiencies in the existing Town Hall building in Greeleyville, South Carolina. The project does not alter the existing building envelope or structure. The project will include improvements to the existing parking lot and re-construction of the existing concrete ramp. Interior accessibility improvements are to include enlarged restrooms with new grab bars and accessible accessories including a new door and hardware and new accessible cabinets in the break room. Electrical work is limited to the relocation of the electrical devices and light fixtures. Plumbing work includes relocation of existing plumbing fixtures and associated piping
