Site Accessibility Upgrades at SUNY Oneonta

The work of this single bid project includes constructing ADA compliant sidewalks, high visibility crosswalks, ramps & stairs in various locations. In addition, modifications to existing parking lots to provide ADA accessibility, improved site lighting and utility modifications and landscaping is also included. The work to be done under the Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents, consists of performing, installing, furnishing and supplying all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary or convenient for the construction of SUCF Project No. 091059-00 titled Site Accessibility Upgrades and carrying out all of the duties and obligations imposed upon the Contractor by the Contract Documents. The main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to the following: Removal and replacement of existing parking lots. Work includes subbase, asphalt, curbing, pavement markings and signage. Removal and replacement of existing walkways and curb cuts to make them ADA compliant. Work includes replacement or addition of concrete walkways, asphalt walkways, ramps, stairs, handrails. Removal and replacement of concrete loading dock retaining wall.
