Health Department Parking Lot Sign Retrofit

Carteret County Government is seeking proposals to replace all electrical components in the existing parking sign at the Carteret County Health Department located at 3820 Bridges Street, Morehead City, NC 28557. The Contractor shall replace the panels, controllers, sensors, receivers, power supplies, software, switches and any other components related to the functionality of this existing double-sided Daystar Premier 32x96 free standing sign which is located in the front parking lot of the Health Department. The Contractor shall keep and reuse the existing frame and footprint. The Contractor shall verify any and all measurements. Any damages caused by the Contractor shall be the Contractors responsibility to fix or replace at the Countys discretion. The Contractor shall obtain the required permits, if required, give all notices to POC, and comply with all laws, ordinances, codes, rules and regulations bearing on the conduct of the work. No time extensions shall be granted or financial consideration given to the Contractor for time or monies lost due to violations of any such ordinance, code, law or regulations that may occur. The Contractor shall refer to and sign Attachment A, Federal Contracting Requirements as well as UG Provisions, 2 C.F.R. 200.326 and 2 C.F.R. Part 200, Appendix II, Required Contract Clauses.
