| Description | As a part of the City's continual efforts to beautify and maintain the City and to continue to make the City of Lauderhill a safe and desirable place to live, the City of Lauderhill is seeking to assemble a list of qualified licensed commercial service providers to provide Citywide TREE TRIMMING and TREE REMOVAL SERVICES on an as needed basis. All eligible Contractors will be selected to be placed on the Contractor Roster. Roster eligibility is for three (3) years from the date of award. The City reserves the right to renew eligibility for two (2) additional one (1) year period based on the Contractor's acceptable level of performance. The successful proposer(s) shall be required to work primarily in the City's rights-of-way and shall provide proper signage and safety supplies to ensure safe working conditions. The CONTRACTOR shall be available to work during days and times when traffic flow is not heavy to enhance safety and reduce the impact to traffic conditions. |
