Description

Escambia County currently operates Section 5, Cell 1A for MSW disposal at the Perdido Landfill in Cantonment Florida. The proposed project involves the construction of Cell 1B adjacent to lined Class I footprint. Cell 1B is approximately 19 acres of double lined area with a portion of the cell over an existing unlined landfill. In general, the Project consists of construction/installation work such as the following.
