Description | Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) and is soliciting bids for the Trail Bridge Reservoir Recreation Improvements Project Bid Packages: o BP #01 Electrical Systems Bidders shall meet Minimum Contractor Qualifications, as defined in the bid documents. In summary, these Minimum Qualifications include the following requirements. Bidders shall provide demonstrated prior experience in the following areas: o The Contractor must have experience in installation of similar type work as specified and/or shown within the contract documents and have completed 3 similar projects within the last ten (10) years. o Bidders shall be licensed as construction contractors under the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. Bidders shall comply with all BOLI and CCB requirements, including all filing, notification, and payment requirements; retainage for payment for labor, and the filing of a $30,000 public works bond with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. The Public Works Bond shall be obtained from a corporate surety authorized to do business in this state Interested bidders shall contact the CM/GC for a link to access and complete a non-disclosure agreement. First-tier subcontractor list shall be submitted by 4:00 PM PST, on same day as bid is due. A bid bond at time of bid is required. 100% performance bond, and payment bond are required for bids over $100K prior to construction. Submit all technical, bidding and contract questions to Jesse Bluhm, CM/GC Coordinator, in writing via email at jesseb@wildish.com. Do not contact the project team without prior approval by the CM/GC Coordinator. No bids may be withdrawn after the hour set for the opening thereof until the elapse of 60 days from the date and time set for opening. By submission of a bid, the Bidder agrees to comply with the provisions of 279C.800 through 279C.870 relating to State of Oregon, BOLI Prevailing Wage Rates (July 1, 2022) and including any Amendments.
