Description

Provide construction services for the application of crack seal and seal coating at the designated roadways and parking lots indicated on the attached map included in this proposal. All roadways and parking lots are within the Yavapai-Prescott Indian Reservation. Work includes providing barricades and traffic control for the work areas. All designated asphalt pavement areas included in this work shall be prepped and clean per industry standards. Cracks " and larger will be blown out, then sealed with a hot-applied polymer sealant. Work includes areas adjacent to curbs and valley gutters. Areas with alligator / excessive cracking will be addressed on an individual basis.
