Z2qa--Straddle 631-22-002 Exterior Stair Improvement

Repairs and improvements to exteriors stairs and sidewalks at multiple locations on the Edward P. Boland Campus. The project involves metal railings, metal fabrication, metal stairs, earthwork, concrete stair, concrete sidewalks, and concrete repairs. A brief description of work is listed below. Building 4, Northeast Remove and replace the metal stairs and approximately 520 square feet of concrete sidewalk. Building 4, Southeast Install metal railing along the exit ramp. Building 20, Southeast Construct a sidewalk with stairs from Building 1 to Building 20. Building 20, Northwest Construct a new sidewalk from Parking lot P to Building 20. Building 11, North Remove and replace the metal railings outside the stage entrance. Building 11, South Remove and replace the metal railings and gate on the covered sidewalk entrance. Building 11, Southwest Remove exterior stairs near the patio and the associated sidewalk. Building 60, East Remove the exterior step and install a concrete wall at the opening. Building 1, South, Biomed Stairwell Remove and replace the railing and repair the stairs and stairwell walls. All necessary environmental controls (stormwater, dust control, safety, traffic control, etc.) as well as restoration and pavement patching will be incidental to the project.
