Description

The work for which bids are asked includes, but not necessarily limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the BTC AMTC Minor Lab Renovation at Blackhawk Technical College located at 15 Plumb Street, Milton, WI 53563 respectively. The base bid will include approximately 1,400 square feet of interior renovation. The work for which bids are asked includes, but not necessarily limited to, selective interior demolition, concrete masonry, metal framing and gypsum board, tile, interior painting and electrical work. All work will be issued under a single prime contract for general construction.
