| Description | On-call roofing maintenance and repairs to any building owned by the County. The buildings are located throughout Ulster County and the vendor will be able to respond to any of these sites within twenty-four (24) hours of notification by the County. Ulster County building construction types vary as do their roofing systems. The vendor will be certified to make repairs to any type of roof system, including flashing, coping and parapets installed on any County building. |
