Greenmount Road Improvements

Sealed bids for full-depth roadway reclamation, roadway widening, drainage improvements, stormwater management facilities, and replacement of an existing box culvert Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Antrim Township Board of Supervisors, to be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. Bids will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder subject to tabulation and review of the bids. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Antrim Township in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 2/3/2023 5:00 PM Bidders should refer to federal and state statutes, rules and regulations dealing with the prevention of environmental pollution and the preservation of public and natural resources pursuant to PA Act No. 1972-247. The Contract Time for this project is two hundred forty (240) calendar days. Antrim Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids in the best interests of the Township of Antrim.
