The general description of the w ork is to furnish all materials, equipment, labor, layouts of w ork features, and supervision needed to construct a temporary community housing site consisting of approximately 138 MHU site pads. The site shall be developed to operational status so that manufactured homes may be placed on site pads. Work shall include constructing gravel roads, manufactured home gravel pads, gravel parking pads, concrete parking pads at UFAS (handicap accessible) site pads, positive storm w ater drainage, potable w ater and sew er lines, on site w astew ater treatment plant, electric pow er service, site lighting, fencing, and other miscellaneous site amenities
