Renovation of a 12X16

Renovation of a 12x16 addition located on the east side of the Commodity Program warehouse and re-sealing of the exhaust fan on the upper northwest wall of the warehouse located in Antelope Community, description Township 38 N, Range 28 W, NE of Lot 3 & 4, S NW of Section 3 portion only, Todd County, South Dakota; measurements 100 W x 236 L x 20 H. Scope of work: Exterior walls and roof seal and weatherize the exterior wall, replace osb board and metal on roof. Interior work will consist of framing, insulating, installing sheetrock, painting and installing trim. Installing new interior door and hardware. Clean up paint spills and dispose of materials left from the project.
