Interior Renovations to the existing East Mountain Golf Course Clubhouse. The existing structure consists of a single-story stone exterior and interior walls and metal roof system. The floors and roof structure are 3B construction type wood frame .Add Alternates as indicated on the bidding documents b. New Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems; c. New Kitchen Exhaust hood, Make Up Air Unit, and Roof Exhaust Fan. The Bidder to whom a contract is offered must provide the City, if that contract has a total cost greater than $50,000.00, a one hundred (100) percent Performance Bond with a surety, and in a form, acceptable to the City. In the City's sole discretion, it may also require a one hundred (100) percent Payment Bond and/or other additional security with a surety, and in a form, acceptable to the City. Wage rates for this Project are subject to the minimum wage rates as per State of Connecticut Labor Department "Prevailing Wage Rates" and Federal Davis-Bacon Act. The City reserves the right to award in part, to reject any and all proposals in whole or in part for misrepresentation or if the proposer is in default of any prior City contract, or if the proposal limits or modifies any of the terms and conditions and/or specifications of the RFP.
