| Description | General Contractor services for the construction of parking, grading, and drainage Improvements at the Walter C Schwartz building on the RELLIS Campus. The Scope of work for the project will include the following: 1. Stripping and stockpiling topsoil from the grading area. 2. Importing, placing, and grading fill. 3. Cutting of a channel from the parking area to 4th Street. 4. Spreading stockpiled topsoil and seeding and sodding of disturbed areas. 5. Installation of new RCP storm sewer. 6. Installation of new parking lot lighting, including relocating existing poles, providing new poles and concrete bases, and electrical conduit and wiring. 7. Construction of a new concrete parking area including pavement markings. 8. Construction of a new access gate island including provision of equipment, electrical and IT connections. 9. Cleanup of site and removal of erosion control measures after establishing suitable ground cover. 10. Close coordination will be required between the contractor, the Blinn College owner's representative, and the contractor for the adjacent 8004 building renovation. | ||||||||
