Description

The scope of work includes packaged rooftop unit replacements at Miller Center for the Arts. 1. HVAC Construction Contract – HVAC construction work is required for replacing three (3) rooftop packaged units at RACC’s Miller Center for the Arts. In addition to replacing the existing units, the new units shall be provided with MERV 13 filtration and UV disinfection equipment. The scope of work will also include controls work. 2. Electrical Construction Contract – Electrical construction work is required for disconnecting and reconnecting units to existing electrical circuits.
