Description

1. The Contractor shall use the Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Duties Checklist to track service, attached in Exhibit A. 2. The Daily Checklists shall be bundled with the Weekly Checklist and provide at the conclusion of each week. They shall be emailed to the Project Manager weekly. The Monthly Checklist shall be emailed to the Project Manager monthly. Subsequently, the Quarterly Checklist shall be emailed to the Project manager Quarterly. 3. The Contractor shall properly break down cardboard boxes, dispose of trash, cleaning wastes, and recyclables using appropriate garbage or recycling dumpsters, for all work locations. 4. The Contractor’s staff shall be responsible for emptying all trash receptacles on the exterior of the specified locations, then disposing of all refuse in a proper container and discarding all garbage in the dumpsters at the location of service. 5. The Contractor shall plunge any backed-up toilets with a professional plunger, and if the toilet is unable to be plunged and requires plumbing repairs, then the Contractor shall immediately notify the Town’s Contract Manager. The Town shall then hire a plumbing professional, at the Town’s expense to remedy the plumbing issue. If the Contractor does not plunge the toilet in attempts to clean a minor sewer back up, then that will be considered a deficiency. See Liquidated Damages and Incentives.
