| Description | 1. Contractor shall remove all debris from the roof, all materials shall be collected and removed from site, and properly disposed of. The placement of any on site refuse collection bins shall be coordinated with the Fire Department so as to not impede traffic to and from the building. 2. Contractor shall properly prepare existing roof deck for installation of new roofing material, which may include slicing existing rubber roof to remain. 3. Contractor shall install (if applicable) new 1/2” Duro-Fold over any existing rubber roof and fasten down. 4. Contractor shall provide new Duro-Last .040 white membrane roof fastened in accordance with the manufacturers installation instructions. 5. Contractor shall install new Duro-Last curb and pipe flashings. 6. Contractor shall install new Duro-Last termination bar as needed. 7. Contractor shall install new Duro-Last two-way breather vents. 8. Contractor shall install new 24 gauge two-piece snap metal edge as required. (Choice of Standard Color) 9. Contractor shall provide and install Duro-Last walk pad to roof top equipment. 10. Contractor is required to remove and replace any roof top appurtenances necessary for the proper installation of new roofing material. |
